If FractalAI vanished tomorrow, these standards would persist. Other platforms can implement them. That is the difference between a product and a layer of protocol.

Reference implementations
FractalAI provides canonical reference implementations in Rust. All source open on GitHub. RPC endpoints documented at /accountability.
Post-quantum from day 1
Cryptographic operations specify NIST-selected post-quantum primitives (CRYSTALS-Dilithium, BLAKE3). FQS-1 adds defense-in-depth: triple cipher + multi-source entropy verified against drand. Wave 2 extends with multi-family PQC.
